Advanced Dental Technology

At Center One Dental, we believe technology is absolutely essential to providing the best care possible, which is why our office has some of the most advanced tools available today. With our imaging technology, we’ll be able to find, diagnose, and treat your dental issues even faster. We’ll also be able to better explain your care along the way. Read on below to learn about some of the fantastic tools we use every day.

iTero Scanner

Impressions play a very important role when it comes to dental treatments. While some dental offices still use manual impressions, we know how uncomfortable and lengthy of a process this can be. Instead, we opt for an iTero scanner to capture precise images of teeth that can be used to design a variety of restorations, including dental crowns, veneers, and more! The scanning process is both quick and comfortable, and the results are highly accurate. It is an especially useful tool during the Invisalign process.

Digital X-Rays

When compared to traditional, film-based dental X-rays, digital X-rays are a huge leap forward in almost every way you can imagine. They can generate crystal-clear images in moments, they don’t require harsh chemicals to be developed, and they even expose our patients to 90% LESS radiation in the process. The digital images can also be easily sent, stored, copied, and displayed on a chairside monitor for you to go over with Dr. Raj.

CBCT Scanner

A CBCT Scanner, also known as a cone beam scanner, is a highly advanced imaging machine. It uses a cone-shaped beam of radiation to capture 3-D images of the jaw, teeth, nerve pathways, and other surrounding tissues. This is a highly valuable tool for diagnosing a variety of complex dental problems and planning procedures, like dental implant placement surgery, as efficiently and precisely as possible to achieve optimized results.
